Dear Fire and Ice Team. We are very hap­py to rate our gui­ded hike. The boo­king and pre­pa­ra­ti­on work­ed very well. The infor­ma­ti­on docu­ments we recei­ved in advan­ce were very good. We were very well pre­pared. The infor­ma­ti­on was per­fect in terms of con­tent, well struc­tu­red and available in both ana­log and digi­tal form. Tele­pho­ne queries were always ans­we­red in a very fri­end­ly man­ner and the hotels we cho­se were gre­at, as were the break­fasts and din­ners. We real­ly enjoy­ed the rou­te across the Alps. The mix bet­ween exer­ti­on and rela­xa­ti­on was very balan­ced for us. The means of trans­port (boat across the Tegern­see, bus trans­fer and train jour­neys) were well orga­ni­zed and coor­di­na­ted. A big com­pli­ment to our moun­tain gui­de Sis­si von Prey­sing. She led the group per­fect­ly with her open, posi­ti­ve and fri­end­ly man­ner. Sis­si von Prey­sing infor­med the group befo­re each stage and coor­di­na­ted decis­i­ons. She took dif­fe­ren­ces in per­for­mance into account very well. The ste­ady pace and appro­pria­te breaks made the hike an unfor­gettable expe­ri­ence for the who­le group. Sim­ply superb!
