The first stages are quie­ter and less stre­nuous than our clas­sic Tegern­see-Ster­zing rou­te. You hike along gent­le paths through quiet gor­ges and fol­low the cour­se of rivers and streams into the Alp­bach­tal val­ley. A spe­cial high­light of the tour is the first over­night stay at Forst­haus Valepp, whe­re you can get in the mood for the upco­ming Alpi­ne crossing sur­roun­ded by natu­re.

On the fourth day of your hiking tour, you will reach Fügen in the Aus­tri­an Zil­ler­tal and from now on fol­low the same spec­ta­cu­lar rou­te to Ster­zing as the hikers coming from Tegern­see.
