After a culina­ry intro­duc­tion in the renow­ned Bräu­st­überl, the rou­te takes you through idyl­lic vil­la­ges such as Rot­tach-Egern or Kreuth. On the next day and the second stage of your hike, you will climb the Blau­ber­ge moun­ta­ins on excel­lent trails befo­re des­cen­ding to the pic­tures­que Achen­see lake. The third day is dedi­ca­ted to the impres­si­ve Tyro­lean fjord. In the fol­lo­wing days, you cross from the Spiel­joch to the Loas­sat­tel and on from the Sidan­joch via the Rast­ko­gel­hüt­te to the Melch­bo­den, which gives you the fee­ling of being in the heart of the Zil­ler­tal Alps. The crow­ning glo­ry of your jour­ney is the crossing of the main Alpi­ne ridge at the Pfit­scher­joch, from whe­re you can alre­a­dy see your desti­na­ti­on, the char­ming moun­tain town of Ster­zing in South Tyrol. After you have cover­ed more than 100 kilo­me­ters and con­que­r­ed 3300 meters of ascent and 3900 meters of des­cent, you will reach the alpi­ne-Medi­ter­ra­ne­an flair of South Tyrol. We recom­mend that you use this day to tho­rough­ly check your equip­ment again and add any miss­ing items. 
Unfort­u­na­te­ly, the­re is no direct lug­ga­ge trans­port ser­vice. Howe­ver, you will recei­ve detail­ed infor­ma­ti­on with your tra­vel docu­ments on how you as a hiker can get from one hotel to the next com­for­ta­b­ly and safe­ly every day using public transport.
