Tours for beginners

approx. 40 — 55 km / day

A flat rou­te with few clim­bs makes the­se stages attrac­ti­ve even for abso­lu­te cycling beginners.

approx. 50 — 65 km / day

Regu­lar­ly alter­na­ting bet­ween uphill and downhill requi­res a cer­tain amount of stami­na or “if you love your bike, you push” motivation.

A good level of phy­si­cal fit­ness is a must for the­se sec­tions, some of which are very deman­ding, and the slight­ly hig­her stage kilometers.
