We are loo­king for a part-time accoun­ting clerk for our accoun­ting depart­ment. You are respon­si­ble for the time­ly and pro­per pro­ces­sing of inco­ming ser­vice pro­vi­der invoices. You love to work accu­ra­te­ly and pre­cis­e­ly. Do you have an eagle eye for che­cking docu­ments? Then you’­ve come to the right place!

This is what your new job looks like:

  • Respon­si­bi­li­ty for the time­ly and pro­per pro­ces­sing of inco­ming invoices
  • Inde­pen­dent che­cking of the details on inco­ming invoices
  • Data­ba­se main­ten­an­ce in our Back­Of­fice boo­king sys­tem, e.g. ent­ry of purcha­se prices
  • Sup­port in ongo­ing book­kee­ping (pre­pa­ra­to­ry book­kee­ping tasks)
  • Take over orga­niza­tio­nal and admi­nis­tra­ti­ve tasks to effec­tively sup­port the manage­ment in the diver­se dai­ly busi­ness; e.g. prepa­re e‑mail or let­ter cor­re­spon­dence, fil­ing orga­niza­ti­on, orders
