Employee back office, tra­vel docu­ments, sales (m/f/d)

This is what your new job looks like:

  • Crea­ti­on and dis­patch of our high-qua­li­ty and excel­lent tra­vel docu­ments (up to 80 packa­ges per day)
  • Main­ly stan­ding work in the mail dis­patch depart­ment and part­ly sit­ting at the PC
  • Cover let­ter for our guests
  • Cata­log mai­ling to inte­res­ted parties
  • Tem­po­ra­ry sup­port of the sports sales team (inclu­ding the pre­pa­ra­ti­on of offers, boo­king con­fir­ma­ti­ons, tra­vel sche­du­les, etc.)
  • Sup­port in office organization/back office
  • Orga­niza­ti­on of mate­ri­al orde­ring and warehouse management
