This ensu­res that you can con­ve­ni­ent­ly take ever­y­thing you need with you and always have it to hand. Whe­ther it’s your vou­ch­ers for the upco­ming over­night stays, the rou­te descrip­ti­ons for the day’s stages or the infor­ma­ti­ve fol­der with the most important sights and places to stop for refresh­ments — you can look for­ward to your upco­ming trip wit­hout a care in the world.

We are always behind kee­ping our tra­vel docu­ments as up-to-date as pos­si­ble. Tog­e­ther with local part­ners and our group gui­des, all docu­ments for the various tours are indi­vi­du­al­ly crea­ted and per­so­na­li­zed. The con­tent and scope of the indi­vi­du­al tra­vel docu­ments are dif­fe­rent for each tour, so we gua­ran­tee not to over­whelm you with unneces­sa­ry infor­ma­ti­on, but to limit it to the most important infor­ma­ti­on. Plea­se note that we can only gua­ran­tee our fire and ice stan­dard for our own tours.

When will I recei­ve my tra­vel documents?

Our tra­vel con­sul­tants always endea­vour to have your per­so­na­li­zed tra­vel docu­ments rea­dy up to two weeks befo­re your departure.

In excep­tio­nal cases, part­ner tours may curr­ent­ly be sub­ject to shorter deli­very times, but we make every effort to ensu­re that our part­ners meet our deadlines.

Who recei­ves tra­vel documents?

As a rule, one tra­vel docu­ment bag is sent per room. You are wel­co­me to request an addi­tio­nal bag from our tra­vel con­sul­tants for a fee of EUR 16 per set. 

What is GPS data for?

In addi­ti­on to our rou­te descrip­ti­ons and maps in clas­sic paper form, modern smart­phones can also pro­vi­de you with digi­tal sup­port. By using spe­cial apps, GPS-based map and rou­te mate­ri­al is made available for easy navi­ga­ti­on. In gene­ral, our detail­ed rou­te descrip­ti­ons and map mate­ri­al are com­ple­te­ly suf­fi­ci­ent for opti­mal ori­en­ta­ti­on on your tour. Howe­ver, if you would like to use addi­tio­nal GPS-GPX data via smart­phone app or GPS device, you can down­load the cor­re­spon­ding data from us free of char­ge. Plea­se note that addi­tio­nal char­ges may app­ly when using the app.

If your tour is not lis­ted, plea­se send us a short e‑mail to info@feuer-eis-touristik.de sta­ting the tour you have boo­ked or your boo­king number/invoice num­ber. We will then send you your per­so­nal down­load link in a sepa­ra­te e‑mail.

What if I spon­ta­neous­ly deci­de to go on a trip?

If you deci­de spon­ta­neous­ly to start your jour­ney and the­re is not enough time to send you your tra­vel docu­ments in time, they will be left for you at the recep­ti­on of your first over­night stay.

How will my tra­vel docu­ments be sent?

We send our tra­vel docu­ments as stan­dard by par­cel via the DHL pos­tal service.

What hap­pens if my tra­vel docu­ments are incomplete?

If this is the case, we would like to apo­lo­gi­ze in advan­ce. If you noti­ce that some­thing is miss­ing, plea­se cont­act our tra­vel con­sul­tants, who will take care of it immediately.
