From Lake Gar­da to Venice — clas­sic version

From the nor­t­hern shore of Lake Gar­da, you hike along anci­ent pil­grimage rou­tes through the rocky deserts of the Sar­ca Val­ley down into the Adi­ge Val­ley to Tren­to. From the­re you head into the won­derful­ly peaceful Valsug­a­na val­ley, which the Romans used on the Via Clau­dia to reach the Adria­tic. You will expe­ri­ence the moun­ta­ins of Lake Gar­da, the Vicen­za Alps and the high peaks of Cima Dodo­ci, hike through an open-air art exhi­bi­ti­on and get to know the rivers Bren­ta, Sile, Sar­ca and Adi­ge. Glit­te­ring lakes and high moun­ta­ins are your con­stant com­pa­n­ions. The high trails abo­ve the Bren­ta Val­ley lead you down to the wine regi­on of Bass­a­no del Grap­pa. Through the impres­si­ve river land­scape of the Sile Natu­re Park, you reach the lagoon regi­on of the UNESCO World Heri­ta­ge Site of Venice.
