On this cycle tour, you fol­low the Green Inn in lei­su­re­ly dai­ly stages from the Tyro­lean moun­ta­ins, through Upper and Lower Bava­ria, to the Inn­vier­tel in Upper Aus­tria and the Danu­be. The Inn Cycle Rou­te in Aus­tria and Ger­ma­ny takes you along most­ly flat, some­ti­mes hil­ly paths through towns stee­ped in histo­ry and pic­tures­que vil­la­ges: Tyro­l’s capi­tal Inns­bruck, the for­ti­fied towns of Kuf­stein and Burg­hau­sen, his­to­ric tra­ding places, the pic­tures­que baro­que towns of Obern­berg and Schär­ding and the three-river town of Passau.

Room check-in at your hotel and han­do­ver of the tra­vel docu­ments for your cycle tour along the Inn Cycle Path. Bike han­do­ver (when boo­king our ren­tal bikes) at the Aus­tria Trend Hotel Con­gress. Stroll through Inns­bruck’s beau­tiful old town with its famous Gol­den Roof befo­re start­ing your cycle tour on the Inn Cycle Path the next day. 
Inns­bruck — Kufstein

Lea­ve the Tyro­lean capi­tal behind you and cycle through pic­tures­que towns and vil­la­ges to Kuf­stein. Enjoy the breath­ta­king moun­tain pan­ora­ma as you cycle along the cycle path along the Inn. Take time to visit the old town of Hall and the Swa­rov­ski Crys­tal Worlds in Wat­tens. Take the train from Brix­legg to Kufstein. 
Kuf­stein — Wasserburg

Lea­ving the migh­ty cast­le com­plex of Kuf­stein behind you, you now cycle into the Bava­ri­an Alpi­ne foot­hills. Main­ly on the embank­ment, part­ly in allu­vi­al forests, the cycle tour leads you along the Inn to Was­ser­burg. The spe­cial loca­ti­on in the bend of the river crea­tes a uni­que town­s­cape. With its his­to­ric old town, beau­tiful faca­des and nar­row alley­ways, Was­ser­burg is cer­tain­ly one of the most beau­tiful towns on the Inn cycle rou­te in Bavaria. 
Was­ser­burg — Mühldorf

The cycle path to Mühl­dorf leads through plea­sant farm­land, always a litt­le away from the Inn through small vil­la­ges and beau­tiful hills. The long town squa­re with its beau­tiful town hou­ses is typi­cal of Mühldorf. 
Mühl­dorf — Kirchdorf/Inn

Two spe­cial pil­grimage sites await you on this stage of the Inn Cycle Path: Alt­öt­ting — Bava­ria’s most important place of pil­grimage — and Marktl, the birth­place of Pope Eme­ri­tus Bene­dict XVI. Befo­re you cycle along the cycle path to Kirch­dorf am Inn, the breath­ta­king town of Burg­hau­sen with the lon­gest cast­le com­plex in Euro­pe beckons.
Kirchdorf/Inn — Bad Füssing/surroundings

This sec­tion of the Inn cycle tour leads through the Lower Inn Euro­pean natu­re reser­ve. The flood­plain land­scape with its extra­or­di­na­ry varie­ty of plants is a bree­ding ground for num­e­rous water birds. A litt­le away from the river, you will reach Bad Füs­sing on your cycle tour in Bava­ria. Enjoy the huge ran­ge of health and well­ness facilities. 
Bad Füssing/surroundings — Passau

On your cycle tour to Pas­sau, pic­tures­que baro­que towns are lined up one after the other: Obern­berg with its beau­tiful mar­ket squa­re, the magni­fi­cent Rei­chers­berg Abbey and the baro­que town of Schär­ding with its Sil­ber­zei­le. The Inn Cycle Path takes you to the con­fluence of the Inn and Danu­be rivers. Pas­sau is con­side­red one of the most beau­tiful cities in Germany.

Arri­val
By train: Train jour­ney to Inns­bruck. By pla­ne: Sche­du­led flights to Munich Air­port or Inns­bruck. On request we orga­ni­ze trans­fers from Munich air­port to Inns­bruck to the start­ing point of the tour. 
Par­king
The city cen­ter of Inns­bruck is a short-term par­king zone and sub­ject to char­ges. The par­king fee for the hotel par­king lot is approx. 20.00/day. We ask you to reser­ve your par­king space in advan­ce at the hotel. You can also park your car in a public under­ground par­king gara­ge, pre­fer­a­b­ly in the Markt­hal­len­ga­ra­ge, cos­ts for 7 days approx. 50.00 (weekly ticket). To get this weekly ticket, you should ask at the hotel befo­re your arri­val, becau­se on Satur­days, Sun­days and public holi­days the­re is no one in the office whe­re you can buy the weekly ticket. 
Other notes
To ensu­re a stress-free start to the trip, we recom­mend arri­ving at the start­ing point by ear­ly evening in most cases. Some tours start as ear­ly as mid­day, in which case we recom­mend arri­ving the day befo­re and will be hap­py to book an extra night for you at the same time. The indi­vi­du­al return jour­ney takes place on the last day of the tour. The kilo­me­ters are appro­xi­ma­te and may dif­fer from the actu­al kilo­me­ters cover­ed. This tour is not sui­ta­ble for peo­p­le with redu­ced mobility. 
Mini­mum num­ber of participants
If a mini­mum num­ber of par­ti­ci­pan­ts is requi­red for the tour to take place, this is sta­ted under Pri­ces and ser­vices. If the mini­mum num­ber of par­ti­ci­pan­ts is not rea­ched, we reser­ve the right to can­cel the trip up to four weeks befo­re the date of arri­val. We recom­mend that you do not orga­ni­ze your arri­val and depar­tu­re until after this dead­line has passed.
