Day 1

Indi­vi­du­al arri­val. Enjoy the win­ding alley­ways of the old town and the Medi­ter­ra­ne­an cli­ma­te. The Ros­gar­ten Muse­um brings the Midd­le Ages to life. The cafe­te­ria in the inner cour­ty­ard invi­tes you to linger. 
Day 2
Con­s­tance — Stein am Rhein region
Distanz: 40 km Höhe (+): 0m Höhe (-): 0m
Cycle through pic­tures­que vil­la­ges along the Unter­see to the medieval town of Stein am Rhein. High abo­ve the small town is Hohen­k­lin­gen Cast­le, which dates back to the Midd­le Ages. Visit the Lind­wurm Muse­um befo­re you reach Gailingen

Stein am Rhein regi­on — Lake Über­lin­gen region
Distanz: 70 km Höhe (+): 0m Höhe (-): 0m
The Radolf­zell Mins­ter and the Mett­nau pen­in­su­la, one of the lar­gest natu­re reser­ves on Lake Con­s­tance, are fur­ther high­lights. Via Bod­man-Lud­wigs­ha­fen and Über­lin­gen you reach the Birn­au monas­tery church. In Unte­ruhl­din­gen, we recom­mend a visit to the pile dwel­lings from the Stone and Bron­ze Ages. 
Day 4
Lake Über­lin­gen regi­on — Fried­richs­ha­fen region

Meers­burg, the town of muse­ums, invi­tes you back to the Midd­le Ages with its roman­tic nooks and cran­nies. The lake rou­te takes you to the Zep­pe­lin city of Fried­richs­ha­fen, whe­re you should defi­ni­te­ly pay a visit to the Zep­pe­lin Museum. 
Day 5
Fried­richs­ha­fen regi­on — Bregenz/Höchst region
Distanz: 45 km Höhe (+): 0m Höhe (-): 0m
Today you reach the Lake Con­s­tance metro­po­lis of Lin­dau, the bor­der tri­ang­le bet­ween Ger­ma­ny, Aus­tria and Switz­er­land. Visit the old town and the light­hou­ses with the Löwen­mo­le, Lin­dau’s land­mark. You will then reach the cul­tu­ral strong­hold of Bre­genz. Stroll through the old town or take the cable car up to the 1064 m high Pfän­der and enjoy the uni­que view of Lake Con­s­tance. You reach Höchst through the natu­re reser­ve of the Rhi­ne del­ta, the lar­gest freshwa­ter del­ta in Europe. 
Day 6
Bregenz/Höchst regi­on — Constance
Distanz: 65 km Höhe (+): 0m Höhe (-): 0m
You cycle through the Rhi­ne del­ta into Switz­er­land. The can­ton of Thur­gau offers a wealth of scenic varie­ty with its small vil­la­ges and huge orchards. A fan­ta­stic view of Lake Con­s­tance and the impres­si­ve foot­hills of the Alps accom­pa­ny you all the way to Con­s­tance. You can shor­ten the rou­te by approx. 21 km by taking the train from Romans­horn to Con­s­tance (on your own).

Natu­re of the Tour
The Lake Con­s­tance cycle path runs most­ly on cycle paths or on quiet side roads, which are most­ly asphal­ted. Most of the rou­te takes you along the shores of the lake in the imme­dia­te vici­ni­ty and is sign­pos­ted throughout.

Arrival/Departure/Parking
Arri­val by car: To Con­s­tance via the A7 high­way coming from Switz­er­land, via the A 81 coming from the north, then con­ti­nue via the B 33 to Con­s­tance, coming from the east via the A 96 to Lin­dau, then via the B31, 34 and 33 to Con­s­tance or via fer­ry across the lake. Rail jour­ney: Time­ta­ble infor­ma­ti­on via www.bahn.de. Hotel trans­fers from/to the train sta­ti­on are on your own. Cabs are also available direct­ly in front of the station.arrival by pla­ne: The nea­rest inter­na­tio­nal air­ports are Fried­richs­ha­fen approx. 33 km, Zurich approx. 70 km, Munich approx. 258 km and Stutt­gart approx. 174 km.parking: You are wel­co­me to park on our part­ner’s pre­mi­ses for the dura­ti­on of the bike tour. The flat rate of approx. 60 EUR per car must be paid on site. The par­king lot is not guard­ed and the num­ber of par­king spaces is limi­t­ed. The par­king lot can be reser­ved in advan­ce. Plea­se refer to your tra­vel docu­ments for fur­ther infor­ma­ti­on. In some cases, par­king is also available direct­ly at the hotels or in the sur­roun­ding area (public par­king faci­li­ties).
