Meditation trail in the Blue Land

from 928,- per person

The meditation trail in the Blue Land invites you to hike and meditate to recharge your batteries, but perhaps also to rethink your life as you walk. Follow the symbol of the burning heart and find your way back to inner peace and balance and thus back to yourself. Meditative walking requires no special preparation, just an inner willingness to be mindful and still. In the seclusion of nature, you will find inner peace and serenity and be inspired by the stele texts along the way to discover new perspectives or focus on new goals. The meditation trail has a total length of 102 km, consisting of 6 sections, each planned as daily stages. The trail begins in Bad Kohlgrub and ends in Ettal, where it joins up with the Ammergau Alps Meditation Trail.
