Merano High Mountain Trail with charming flair

from 1.079,- per person

The Merano High Mountain Trail is one of the most impressive circular hiking trails in the Alps and combines high alpine scenery with southern charm. The tour starts in Katharinaberg in the Schnalstal Valley, from where the trail winds along narrow paths and well-maintained trails through meadows, forests and traditional mountain farms. Again and again, wide views of the Vinschgau Valley and the Etschtal Valley open up, accompanied by the imposing panorama of the Texel Group. Stage after stage, the high trail leads through diverse nature and past cultural and historical features: old farmsteads, small chapels and the typical South Tyrolean alpine landscape characterize the experience. Cozy rest stops along the way invite you to take a break before the hike finally ends in Riffian near Meran. The tour is organized as a star hike from Naturns: overnight stays are always in the same hotel, while a daily, personal transfer is provided to the respective start and finish points of the stages. This allows you to enjoy the Merano High Mountain Trail in comfort and relaxation.
