Expe­ri­ence the south-eas­tern part of the Bava­ri­an Alpi­ne foot­hills on this spor­ty cir­cu­lar tour. Some of the most beau­tiful lakes in south-eas­tern Bava­ria await you on this almost 250-kilo­met­re tour: From Munich, you head into the sophisti­ca­ted Tegern­see val­ley. From the­re, you cycle around the lake into Chiem­gau, whe­re you dis­co­ver Lake Chiem­see with its pas­tel colors and its wes­tern side as far as Obing. The pan­o­r­amic trail from Was­ser­burg takes you back to Munich.

Munich — Gmund/Bad Wiessee
Distanz: 61 km Höhe (+): 500m Höhe (-): 290m
You’ll lea­ve the Bava­ri­an metro­po­lis hea­ding south and fol­low the bike path from Munich to Venice—which slo­pes gent­ly upward—through Oberach­ing and Holz­kir­chen until you reach the Mang­fall River, which will take you to Gmund am Tegernsee.
Day 3
Gmund/Bad Wies­see — Rosen­heim area
Distanz: 61 km Höhe (+): 520m Höhe (-): 800m
Today you’ll cycle around Lake Tegern­see, and start­ing at Sankt Qui­rin, you’ll fol­low the Lake Constance–Königssee Bike Path all the way to Schlier­see. From Fisch­bach­au, the rou­te takes you through idyl­lic vil­la­ges to Rosen­heim, whe­re you’ll reach the end of this stage. 
Day 4
Rosenheim–Wasserburg Area
Distanz: 78 km Höhe (+): 700m Höhe (-): 700m
On Day 4, they’ll pass by the “Bava­ri­an Sea,” Lake Chiem­see, befo­re con­ti­nuing on toward Was­ser­burg am Inn.
Day 5
Was­ser­burg — Munich
Distanz: 61 km Höhe (+): 380m Höhe (-): 270m
The final leg takes you back to Munich along rural bike paths, whe­re your tour ends.
