Feuer und Eis own tour

Schlosspark — Königsalpen route incl. luggage transfer

from 1.218,- per person

King and Alps — here in the castle park they belong together: a majestic backdrop that inspired the fairytale king Ludwig II and impressively sets the scene for the palaces and castles. The 121-kilometre route starts and ends in the romantic old town of Füssen with its medieval alleyways and baroque churches. The route leads above wild rivers, through forests, across wide meadows to tranquil lakes, cozy alpine villages and historic sites. The magnificent mountain panorama accompanies you until you climb it yourself and look down on the royal landscape like an eagle from the very top. Almost at the end of the route, the castle of castles, Neuschwanstein, sits enthroned on a rock as a reward! For sporty hikers who like to scale lofty heights.
