From the view to the taste — experience nature, culture and culinary delights up close on a pleasure trip. Hiking or cycling becomes a feast for all the senses.

Be honest: have you ever taken a photo of your favorite drink or a particularly nice meal? It is precisely at this moment that you feel — and also show — that you are treating yourself to something. Years later, we often remember the food or the taste of the beer more quickly than the place itself.

Pleasure tours are in vogue: they offer a package of information, tasting and local culture. On a hiking or cycling tour, we dedicate ourselves to a theme — and what sounds like an exertion turns out to be a vacation for the senses. We would like to introduce you to three pleasure trips that promise a special experience.

You should keep your senses open:

Beer and brewery hike — discover, smell and taste your favorite beers

It’s finally here — our very own beer tour in the Bavarian Oberland, the home of Feuer und Eis Touristik. Southern Bavaria is a paradise for beer lovers: old monastery breweries, artisan village brewers and modern interpretations of beer styles characterize the region. Our new beer and brewery hike is the perfect way to combine nature, culture and the Bavarian beer experience for six days.

Your journey takes you from Bad Tölz via Tegernsee to Schliersee, past idyllic lakes, gentle Alpine foothills and historic beer houses:

  • Bad Tölz: Historic Marktstraße and a stop at the classic Binderbräu or the Mühlfeldbräu, which stands out with its modern look.
  • Kirchsee & Klosterbräustüberl Reutberg: Enjoy monastery beers full of character with a mountain panorama
  • Hoppe-Bräu Waakirchen: In the taproom you can enjoy various handmade beers, such as the Fuchsteufelswuid Sour IPA, with a view of the gleaming kettles.
  • Tegernsee: Panoramic hike Riederstein and of course a visit to the famous Bräustüberl Tegernsee. New to the range since 2025 — and briefly sold out — is the non-alcoholic Helle
  • Schliersee and Markus Wasmeier Open-Air Museum: Historic museum brewery and Waldeck castle ruins
